Teacher professional learning workshops: Armidale, Tamworth, Dubbo, Bathurst
Free in-person hands-on STEM workshops for educators through the lens of chemical engineering and process improvement!
At the workshop you will:
*Get hands on with activities from the ‘A work in Process: Improving the Playdough Process’ unit of work.
*Develop effective strategies to teach STEM content, and skills, to meet the learning needs of your students.
*Gain the confidence to teach STEM in your classroom through the Engineering Design Process.
After the workshop, you’ll be sent a resource kit and unit of work for your classroom. You’ll also be connected to a national community of practice for ongoing collaboration and support.
Armidale – Tuesday 13 May, 9 am to 2 pm
Tamworth – Thursday 15 May, 9 am to 2 pm
Dubbo – Saturday 17 May, 9 am to 2 pm
Bathurst – Tuesday 20 May, 9 am to 2 pm
